Return and Refund Policy

At Dr. Prakash Pandey’s Homeopathic Clinic, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

General Policy

• No Returns: Once a product has been delivered, no returns would be accepted under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products purchased through our clinic, regardless of their price or conditions.
• Exceptions: The only exception to this policy is if the product is expired at the time of delivery. In such cases, the return of the expired product should be shipped back within next 24 hours and the same returning details should be shared on the mail id as mentioned in our website. Once, the order is received back to the original hub, we will verify your concern as raised and will proceed accordingly. 

Expired Products

• If you receive a product that is expired, please notify us immediately within 4 hours of the item received with proper image of the delivered product along with the complete details. Without any images of the received product, no further process/refund would be possible from our end. 
  
  
• Returns for expired products will be processed upon verification of the expiration date. You may be eligible for a replacement of the product/a refund as decided by the clinic, depending on availability and your preference.

Refund Process

• Refunds are only applicable for products that are expired at the time of delivery. For such cases, refunds will be processed once the expired product is returned and verified.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment/a credit towards future purchases, depending on the situation.

No Returns for Non-Expired Products

• For any products that are not expired, no returns or refunds will be entertained. We encourage you to carefully review and confirm your order before completing the purchase.
