1. Introduction

By accessing or using the services at Dr. Prakash Pandey’s Homeopathic Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all patients, visitors, and users of the clinic’s services. Please read them carefully before using any services.

2. Consultation & Treatment

• All consultations and treatments provided by Dr. Prakash Pandey and his team are based on individual medical histories, conditions, and responses to homeopathic remedies.
• Patients are required to provide accurate and complete health information during consultations to ensure proper diagnosis and treatment.
• The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patient’s condition requires immediate medical attention that falls outside the scope of homeopathy.

3. Payment & Fees

• All consultation fees and treatment costs must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
• The clinic accepts debit/credit cards, and online payments through QR CODE/UPI Payments.
• Any pricing changes for consultations or medications may change without any notification to the intended person as an when required and the clinic reserves the right to adjust and reform the Fees/Charges as necessary.

4. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled via Whatsapp Chat Messages and E-mail.
• Patients are required to notify the clinic at least 2 hours in advance through Whatsapp Chat Messages and E-mail if they wish/reschedule to cancel or an appointment.
• Failure to inform within the specified time for the cancellation/rescheduling of the appointment, the cancellation charges would be applicable minimum INR 100/-  upto INR 300/-.
• Failure to inform within the specified time for the cancellation of the placed Order, the cancellation charges would be applicable.

*NOTE :-

If we find  that your Order related behavior is not in line as expected and frequent returning activity is more, the clinic reserves the rights to charge you a penalty and also rejects your returning request of your received order without any prior information. No refund would be possible and clinic would not be responsible under any circumstances for any losses incurred by you.
